Richmond 7's MARFU Qualifier Set
Tomorrow Richmond hosts the second MARFU qualification tournament of the 2010 Summer Sevens season. The brackets are set and can be viewed here: Open Division Brackets and Premier Division Brackets

47th Porter Cup: August 28th-29th
The Richmond Lions will host the Porter Cup on August 28th and 29th. Entering its 47th edition, the Porter Cup is the longest contineously running rugby tournament in North America and a great tun-up for the Fall Matrix season. To enter or for more info please fill out our Registration Form.
2010 Monk Vaughan Results
Congratulations to ECU who successfully defended their title as Monk Vaughan champs! Richmond captured the plate and the scrappy William & Mary team took the Bowl.
Thanks to all the teams who made this another great tournament. Special thanks goes to Barfight, Deo, Lil Phil, Mopey, Brooks, Griese, and Matt Combs for helping out.

Richmond Lions Youth Rugby
In addition to the Sevens season, our club stays busy during the summer by sponsoring youth rugby. For the third year in a row, the Lions are putting out the effort to see our beloved sport grow locally. Try to pitch this to all of your friends, coworkers and family with kids between the ages of 5 and 18! Please send them to the Lions Youth Rugby Website and keep your eyes open for chances to volunteer and help out with this important project.
